Rising Stars (Ages 3-8)
During each hourlong class, players will develop motor skills, sportsmanship, and soccer technique through fun, age-appropriate exercises and games. Inter-squad scrimmages often take place at the end of sessions and provide an opportunity to learn the basics of the game.
4v4 League (Ages 6-8)
Our 4v4 league will maximize the time and touches on the ball that younger players need in order to grow in all aspects of their game. It is an introduction to competition and teamwork in a structured, developmental setting.
All-Star Soccer Camp
All Star Soccer Camps, directed by Mike Sweeney, offer the best in professional soccer instruction for players aged 4 through 14.
Frosty Caps Youth Soccer Tournament
- 4 v 4 format for U8 – U14
- 6 v 6 format for High School ages

The CAPS Flag Football League hosts three different divisions:
- Rising Stars Division (2nd-3rd Graders)
- Peewee Division (4th-6th Graders)
- Junior Division (7th-8th Graders)
