CAPS Fieldhouse is proud to partner with NFL FLAG to offer a youth coed 6v6 league.
League Information
This is a 6v6 youth coed non-contact flag football league with 3 second count blitzes and a rushing QB if blitzed. QB must throw ball within 7 seconds if no blitz. This league provides a safe, competitive, and family-friendly environment to athletes that want to learn the game the right way all while having fun doing it!
- FALL 2025 – Every SUNDAY 4:00pm-8:00pm
- WINTER 2025-26 – Every Friday, 5:30pm – 9:30pm
- SPRING 2026 – Every Friday, 5:30pm – 9:30pm
15 MINUTES OF PRACTICE TIME BEFORE EVERY GAME (ANYTHING OUTSIDE OF THAT IS COACH’S RESPONSIBILTY)
The CAPS Flag Football League hosts three different divisions:
- Rising Stars Division (2nd-3rd Graders)
- Peewee Division (4th-6th Graders)
- Junior Division (7th-8th Graders)
Players are allowed to play up a division, but they cannot play down a division.
K-1st graders can play in Rising Stars Division if they are mentally and physically ready to participate.
*Any teams who are found to have players playing down a division will result in a league-wide ban with no refund*

TEAM REQUESTS AND FORMATION
During individual registration, players may request to play with as many friends as they’d like. Players may also request a specific coach. We’ll try our best to accommodate requests, but there are no guarantees. There is no player draft. Our goal is to create balanced & competitive teams while accommodating as many team requests as possible.
Registration Information
Coaches will be able to register as a full team if they choose to be responsible of their own equipment. This means that coaches must supply the team their own:
- Home & Away Uniforms
- Flags & Belts
- Footballs
INCLUDED WITH REGISTRATION
- NFL FLAG Team Jersey (Reversible)
- NFL FLAG belt & flags
- 8 regular season games
- Awards for Division Champions
EQUIPMENT NEEDED
- Water bottles to stay hydrated!
- Mouth guards required for games
- Sport Shoe Cleats (no metal or detachable)
- Tennis shoes are acceptable
Please contact commissioner directly if you are interested in registering a team in full. All participating players must fill out online waiver sent to the Head Coach in order to play. Payment must be received in full before season starts.

Interested in Becoming A Coach?
If you are interested in coaching a team, please contact the commissioner directly. Please let the commissioner know if you have a team that needs equipment (uniforms, flags & belt, footballs).
All coaches will go through a background check with NFL FLAG. Once approved, your team will be created in our system. Free Agent players will start to get added to coach’s team once created in system. Head Coach must be responsible with emailing team each week about game schedule.
