Privacy Policy

PRIVACY POLICY

Effective date: October 20, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Northcoast Field House LLC, doing business as CAPS Fieldhouse ("CAPS Fieldhouse"), and All Star Soccer Inc., doing business as CAPS FC ("CAPS FC") (together, "CAPS," "we," "us," or "our"), collect, use, and share information when you visit capsfieldhouse.com or capsfc.org (the "Sites"), respond to our ads on Facebook or Instagram, register for a program, or otherwise interact with us. By using the Sites or submitting information to us, you agree to this Policy.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Information you give us. When you fill out a form, register, book a rental or party, sign up for a tryout, contact us, or buy from our Pro Shop, we may collect:

Parent or guardian name, email, phone number, and mailing address
Player name, birth date or birth year, age group, gender, school, and soccer experience
Team, league, rental, or event details
Emergency contact information
Payment information (processed by our payment and registration providers, not stored by us)
Anything you include in messages to us

Information from Meta lead forms. If you submit a form inside a Facebook or Instagram ad (an "Instant Form" or "Lead Ad"), Meta shares the information you entered with us, such as your name, email, phone number, and answers to our questions. We use it only to respond to you about the program you asked about.

Information collected automatically. When you use the Sites, we and our partners may collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, links clicked, referring website, and approximate location. We collect this using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (see Section 4).

2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

Respond to inquiries and tryout, program, rental, and party requests
Register players and teams, manage rosters, schedules, and communications
Process payments and send receipts and reminders
Send updates about schedules, weather closures, and program changes
Send marketing emails and, with your consent, text messages about programs and events
Measure and improve our Sites, ads, and services
Show relevant ads on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms
Keep players, families, and our facility safe, and meet legal obligations

3. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

Between CAPS Fieldhouse and CAPS FC, so families can move along the player pathway and use the facility
Service providers that help us operate, such as registration and payment platforms (including PlayBook and SportsEngine), our online store, email and text messaging tools, website hosting, and marketing agencies. They may use the information only to provide services to us
Leagues and governing bodies, such as US Club Soccer, when needed to register players, teams, or coaches
Advertising partners, including Meta, as described in Section 4
Video streaming partners such as LiveBarn, which may broadcast or record games and activity on our fields (see Section 6)
Legal and safety reasons, if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of CAPS, our participants, or others
Business transfers, if CAPS is involved in a merger, sale, or similar transaction

4. COOKIES, META PIXEL, AND ADVERTISING

Our Sites use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API. These tools let Meta and other third parties collect or receive information from our Sites and elsewhere on the internet, such as your actions on our pages, and use it to provide measurement services and to target ads to you.

We may also upload contact information from people who have registered or contacted us to Meta to create Custom Audiences (to show ads to existing families or exclude them) and Lookalike Audiences. This information is hashed (encoded) before Meta matches it to accounts, and Meta deletes it after matching.

We may also use Google Analytics and Google Maps on our Sites.

5. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Our programs serve players ages 3 to 19, but our Sites and ads are directed to parents, guardians, and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Information about a minor player is provided by their parent or guardian. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information without a parent's consent, contact us and we will delete it. We do not use information about minors to target advertising to them.

6. PHOTOS, VIDEO, AND LIVE STREAMING

Games, practices, tournaments, and events at CAPS may be photographed, recorded, or live streamed (including through LiveBarn). We may use photos and video on our Sites, social media, and ads. If you do not want your child featured in our marketing, email us and we will honor that request for future content.

7. TEXT MESSAGES

If you opt in to texts, we may send program updates, reminders, and offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent to texts is not required to register or buy anything. We do not share or sell your mobile number or text opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing.

8. DATA RETENTION AND SECURITY

We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above, for active registrations, and as required by law or league rules. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no system is 100% secure.

9. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES

Marketing emails: click "unsubscribe" in any email
Texts: reply STOP
Access, correction, or deletion: email us and we will respond within a reasonable time, subject to legal and league record requirements
Lead ad data: you can ask us to delete information you submitted through a Meta lead form at any time

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy laws. We will honor valid requests as those laws require.

10. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Sites link to third-party sites, including registration pages, our online store, and social media. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Policy. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes will be posted on the Sites.

Terms of Service

TERMS OF SERVICE

Effective date: October 20, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of capsfieldhouse.com and capsfc.org (the "Sites") and the programs, rentals, and services offered by Northcoast Field House LLC, doing business as CAPS Fieldhouse, and All Star Soccer Inc., doing business as CAPS FC (together, "CAPS," "we," "us"). By using the Sites, registering, or entering our facility, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS

You must be 18 or older to register, book, or buy through the Sites. Parents or legal guardians register minor players and accept these Terms on their behalf. You agree to give accurate information and keep it current.

2. REGISTRATION, TRYOUTS, AND RENTALS

Registration for leagues, camps, training, and CAPS FC is completed through our third-party platforms, such as PlayBook and SportsEngine, which have their own terms
A free tryout or trial does not guarantee placement on a team. Team placement is at the sole discretion of CAPS FC coaching staff
Field rentals, birthday parties, and corporate events are subject to availability and to the booking terms provided at the time of reservation
Program schedules, fields, coaches, and times may change. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you

3. FEES, PAYMENTS, AND REFUNDS

Fees are listed at the time of registration or booking. By paying, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method, including any installment plan you choose. CAPS FC fees and payment terms are also governed by the club's Fees/Payment Policy. Unless that policy or your booking terms say otherwise, fees are non-refundable once a program begins or within the cancellation window stated at booking. Late or missed payments may result in suspension from play.

4. WAIVERS AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Soccer, baseball, flag football, fitness training, and other athletic activities involve risk of injury. Every participant (or a parent or guardian for minors) must sign our participation waiver and release before taking part. That waiver is a separate agreement and controls if it conflicts with these Terms. Participants are responsible for being physically fit to play.

5. CODE OF CONDUCT

Players, parents, coaches, spectators, and guests agree to treat others with respect and follow facility rules, staff instructions, and league and US Club Soccer rules. We may remove anyone from the facility or a program, without refund, for unsafe, abusive, or disruptive behavior. Alcohol from CAPS Pub & Grill is for guests 21+ only and must stay in permitted areas.

6. PHOTOS, VIDEO, AND LIVE STREAMING

Activities at CAPS may be photographed, recorded, or live streamed (including through LiveBarn). By participating or attending, you grant CAPS permission to use those images and recordings on our Sites, social media, and advertising, without payment. Parents may opt a minor out of marketing use by emailing us.

7. COMMUNICATIONS

By giving us your contact information, you agree that we may contact you by email or phone about your registration, inquiry, or booking. If you separately opt in to text messages, you agree to receive recurring automated texts about programs and offers. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.

8. USE OF THE SITES

You agree not to misuse the Sites, including by hacking, scraping, submitting false information, or posting unlawful content. All content on the Sites, including logos, names, photos, and text, belongs to CAPS or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Sites link to third-party services, including registration platforms, our online store, LiveBarn, and Facebook and Instagram. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Use of those services is governed by their terms.

10. DISCLAIMERS

The Sites and their content are provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the Sites will be error-free or always available, or that schedules and information posted are complete or current.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent allowed by law, CAPS and its owners, staff, coaches, and volunteers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Sites or services. Our total liability for any claim related to the Sites or services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the program or booking involved. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Ohio law.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold CAPS harmless from claims arising from your or your minor's violation of these Terms or misuse of the Sites or facility.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cuyahoga County, Ohio.

14. CHANGES

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version on the Sites. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
